It impresses with distinctive fragrance of lemon. A delicate minerals and filigree texture. The wine has a nutty richness ending.
The grapes were harvested by hand at the beginning of October.
Soil type: The vines grow on the soil called Taborreith, one of the highest positions in Weißenkirchen. The earth is Gföhler Gneis.
Wine production: The grapes were crushed and after being pressed left to ferment in steeltanks. After 3 months the wine was filtered and bottled at the beginning of February.
