ROSÉ

An exquisite, nimble and creamy Zweigelt wine with a fruity glaze. Very refreshing! It has a hint of vanilla and tobacco.

The harvest for this wine took place at the beginning of October, in bright sunshine.

Soil type: The grapes grow at the top end of the Vorder Seiber vineyard, in weathered “Gföhler Gneis” soil.
Wine production: The grapes are pressed with the stems, and then allowed to ferment in steel tanks for 3 months. The wine is filtered and bottled at the beginning of Febuary.
