SAUVIGNON BLANC

This wine suggests the aroma of tender peppers and tastes like cassis on the palate. A lively and balanced acidity with a long fruity ending makes it a lively aromatic drinking experience.

The grapes were harvested by hand at the beginning of October.

Soil type: The vines grow on the so-called Taborreith, one of the highest positions in Weißenkirchen. The earth is Gföhler Gneis.

Wine production: The grapes are crushed and after being pressed left to ferment in steeltanks. After 3 months the wine is filtered and bottled at the beginning of Febuary.
