Pear-Mango Jam

 I use Alexander und Williams pears, which are tastiest varieties and pep them up which rescued mangos and vanilla pots.
The golden yellow hue, cubed pears and puréed mangos makes this a surprisingly delicious jam. Wonderful with ice creams or in yogurt, it goes will with chocolate brownies too. The dominate flavour is mango and is rounded out by the pears.
