Our delicious apricot jam is made from fruit collected from our own orchard, where the trees are all 80 years old or older, so they produce wonderful, tasty fruit, but not a lot.

The variety of our oldest trees are Rosenmarillen and Ananasmarille and the younger trees are Hungarian best and Klosterneuburger.

The fruit is carefully selected. Out of the 3 weeks of harvesting, the highest quality fruit with the best balance of fruitfulness, acitity and sweetness is from the middle 10 days.

Our fruit is only used for jam. It is all hand picked from the ground, so it is fully ripe.
