THE CELLAR

The Cellar is built into the hills and rocks are visible at the back.

This part of the house is the oldest one – it is dated at 1739. We found a brick with this date on it.

The barrel vault helps to keep the temperature at a steady 12°C . This natural underground temperature is ideal for the wine to mature.
