ROMAN JÄGER

A dedicated wine maker, Roman Jäger has extensive expertise as well as the necessary patience needed to produce excellent wine. After finishing his training to become an oenologist as well as a pomologist at the world's first viticultural school and training center in Klosterneuburg, he deepened his knowledge about wine and wine making in Germany and South Africa.
Annual wine trips give him inspiration and stimulus and support his philosophy to continue a long tradition and at the same time be open to new ideas.
